Emily is an occupational therapist who brings warmth, creativity, and a collaborative spirit to her work with children and families. She holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences and a Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of Sydney, and is passionate about supporting each child’s confidence, self-identity, and independence through individualised and inclusive care.
Her clinical interests include sensory, emotional, and attention regulation, school readiness support, and paediatric ergonomics. She has a particular interest in adapting learning and home environments to better suit each child’s physical and neurodevelopmental needs, with a strong focus on health, learning, and wellbeing.
Emily has recent experience providing paediatric occupational therapy across clinic, home, and school settings. She has also worked broadly with people with disabilities, supporting families to improve daily life through home modifications and the creation of accessible, meaningful spaces for rest and play.
She was drawn to occupational therapy for its blend of creativity, problem-solving, and meaningful human connection. For her, it’s not just about helping children achieve their goals – it’s about working with the whole family as a team, growing together, and celebrating every win along the way.
In the clinic, Emily loves bringing a sense of comfort and regulation to sessions using a range of different tools. Every session is a chance to connect, create, and build confidence in a safe, joyful space.
