Where our support is focused

Helping your child develop their understanding and use of language, including vocabulary, grammar, comprehension and expressive communication and receptive language skills.
Communication should be within everyone’s reach. For children and young people who may benefit, we introduce and support the use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), working alongside families to assess, trial and implement systems built around each child’s individual strengths, preferences and needs.
We support children to develop the literacy skills they need for learning and everyday life, including reading, writing, spelling and phonological awareness. When appropriate, we can also work alongside your child’s school team to support their literacy development across home and the classroom.
Our speech pathology services support children to develop clear, confident speech so they can be understood more easily in everyday conversations.
Play is at the heart of how children learn. Our therapy sessions use play-based activities that build on your child’s interests and strengths, creating a fun, engaging and low-pressure environment where they can develop speech, language, communication and confidence through meaningful interactions.
Our support for children who stutter centres on evidence-based, strengths-focused approaches that build communication confidence. Working alongside your child and family, we develop practical strategies for comfortable, confident communication in everyday settings.
We help children form meaningful connections in the settings that matter most to them and their families, whether at home, at school or out in the community. Through strengths-based, neuroaffirming approaches, we support them to grow the skills and confidence to understand and express their emotions, speak up for their needs, and build positive relationships in ways that suit them.
