Support
Our team leader support is available on-site daily, providing you with guidance and assistance whenever you need it.
You’ll have regularly scheduled 1:1 sessions with team leaders to discuss your progress, challenges, and career goals, ensuring you’re always on the right track.
Join a dynamic multi-disciplinary team that encourages collaboration. Participate in joint assessment and therapy sessions with a multi-disciplinary team when appropriate, enhancing your experience and knowledge.
Held during school holidays, these days allow the team to come together, learn, and have fun. We believe in fostering a supportive and enjoyable environment.
Our dedicated social committee ensures that everyone gets a chance to unwind and celebrate together, fostering a sense of community within Inner West Paediatrics.
